Shipping Policy

At PandaMan, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Most domestic orders are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier service.

International Shipping

At this time, we may not offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available, shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. PandaMan is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

PandaMan is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other events outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building office, or mailroom first. If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the issue and help find a solution.
