Return & Refund Policy
At PandaMan, we want you to be happy with your order. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in new condition
- In its original packaging
- With all original items included
- Not damaged, altered, or used
Items that have been used, opened, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- Your name
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. PandaMan is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and help provide a replacement, refund, or another solution when appropriate.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will review the issue and help correct the order.
Exchanges
At this time, we may not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item, once approved, and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used products
- Opened or damaged packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without approval
- Items damaged due to customer use or mishandling
Lost or Stolen Packages
PandaMan is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building office, or mailroom first. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has started.
