What is PandaMan?

We currently focus on golf accessories, including golf tees and other small golf essentials. More products may be added as PandaMan grows.

Are your golf tees standard size?

Yes. Product size details are listed on each product page. For example, some of our tees are 3 1/4" in length, which is a common size for driver tee shots.


What material are the tees made from?

The material depends on the specific product. Some tees are made from bamboo, while others may be made from plastic. Please check the product description before purchasing.


Can the bamboo design be used as a tee height reference?

Yes. Some PandaMan tees feature a bamboo graphic that can be used as a simple visual reference for tee height consistency. It is designed to help golfers create a cleaner and more consistent setup.


How many tees come in one pack?

The quantity depends on the product. Please check the product title and description for the exact count, such as 10 pack or 20 pack.


Do you ship within the United States?

Yes, we currently ship within the United States. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.


How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be longer during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.


How long does shipping take?

Most domestic orders are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you entered the wrong shipping address. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.


What should I do if my package is lost or marked as delivered but I did not receive it?

Please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, building office, or mailroom. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and we will do our best to assist.


What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the issue and help find a solution.
